The Bar
The bar attracts all ages, a large majority of which are some of the worlds top surfers and windsurfers. Being local to Poole Harbour, the Waterboard shop, Sandbanks and the best local beaches, Le Bâteau is in a prime position for the water sports community.
The Restaurant
Previously Head Chef of Bistro on the Beach, Nick’s excellent reputation brings additional quality & style to Le Bateau. With a frequently changing a-la carte menu, Nick aims to create new & exciting recipes with his love of fish and French cuisine. We cater to everything from romantic candlelit dinners for two, to large private parties.
